Vinyasa Flow – All Levels with Kelly Ryan
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. …Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class.” –Yoga Journal

Meet our Yoga Teachers
Kelly Ryan
Kelly is a yoga instructor and yoga student. She has been practicing for nine years and teaching for four.
Kelly has a bachelor of science in Sociology from Texas Woman’s University where she studied health science, and world religions. At TWU, Kelly was lucky enough to travel abroad to the Himalayan mountains of India and practice meditation with Buddhist monks. She believes mindful movement is the key to longevity and a happy, healthy life.
