Coach Jamie

Notes from the Coach

Hello!  My name is Jamie Janney and I am excited to be coaching with LoneStar again this year.  I grew up here in Frisco and started playing volleyball when I was 8 years old.  I played through high school and went on to play in college.  I played for Grayson County College and The University of Texas at Dallas.  I also met my husband playing beach volleyball.  I recently left Staley Middle School as a teacher and coach to be a stay at home mom.  I have a passion for teaching and coaching.  I believe that sports teaches us many life lessons.  I strive to bring out the best in each of my players by building relationships and having high expectations.

I look forward to this upcoming club season.  Let’s make it one to remember.
