Coach Natalie Collier

Notes from the Coach

Hello LoneStar Family,

My name is Natalie Collier and this is my third year coaching at LoneStar. Unfortunately, I will not be coaching a club team this season so I can finish up my degree, but will be in and out of the gym! I am so excited to continue to work with these fine young ladies! I played volleyball for about 12 years. I played one year of college volleyball at Paris Junior College and two years at Dallas Baptist University where I am finishing up my Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood – 6th grade Education.

If I had to describe my coaching style I would say I am very much a player’s coach. I have been and am still a player. I see things from the eyes of a player as well as the eyes of a coach. I know how important it is for our athletes to grow both as players and as young women!

I will encourage all of my players to always give 100% while having positive attitudes. I can’t wait for each and every girl to improve their skills, their knowledge of the game and to grow life long friendships. “
